ક્યાં મળે દુકાનદારોની આવી ઘરાક ભક્તી,
ક્યાં મળે કોઇને જીવન મા આટલી મસ્તી,
સૌથી બેસ્ટ આપડી Anandની વસ્તી.. ક્યાં એવી ઉત્તરાયણ, ક્યા એવી હોળી,
તહેવારો મા ભેગી થાય આખી ફ્રેન્ડસની ટોળી,
ક્યાં એવી નવરત્રિ, ક્યાં એવી દિવાળી,
ક્યાં એવા ડાન્ડીયા, ક્યાં એવા ધમાકા.
ક્યા મળે V.V.Nagar ની રંગીલી સાંજ,
ક્યા મળે GIRIRAJ ની ચટાકેદાર રાત ,
ક્યા મળે એ ક્લબોની મજા, ક્યા મળે એ મોડી રાતોની રજા,

કરી દે તીક્ષ્ણ એવી, મોતનું પણ માથું કાપી લે,
હવે આ જિંદગી મારી સમય ! તારી સરાણે છે.

જીવનના ભેદભાવો છે મરણની બાદ પણ બાકી,
કોઈ માનવ મઝારે છે કોઈ માનવ મસાણે છે.

હતા જે દેહ એ તો થઈ ગયા માટી મહીં માટી,
હતાં જે દિલ, હજી પણ તાજના આરસ પહાણે છે.

જગત ખેંચી રહ્યું છે એક તરફ, બીજી તરફ જન્નત,
ફસ્યો છે જીવ કે એને અહીં તો બેય તાણે છે.

કદર બેફામ શું માંગુ જીવનની એ જગત પાસે,
કે જ્યાંનાં લોકો સૌ કેવળ મરેલાને વખાણે છે
