7 Qualities of a Good Leader

7 Qualities of a Good Leader

1. A good head to be able to evaluate the quality of ideas and
Suggestions presented to him.

2. A good heart to be able to be compassionate and fair with the people.

3. A good spirit to be able to hear the voice of God. Some paths
God will lead you down don't make head and heart sense at the
Time.

4. A good eye to be able to see things other people cannot.

5. A good tongue to be able to communicate the vision to the
People and motivate them to follow.

6. A good hand to be able to do the things that need to be
done. Knowing the right way is not the same as doing it.

7. A good foot to set an example for the people. A minor flaw can outshine a major mission in the eyes of small minds.

*** If people slap you once, slap them twice! ***

*~*~*~*~* *~*~*~*~**~*~*~*~**~*~*~*~*

* Manasukkul irukkum varai magizhchi kooda sumaidhan...

Velipaduthum podhu vedhanai kooda sugamthan...

(Even if its happiness if u dont express it,

it’s painful

and even sorrow if u expresses it,

u feels light)

Hinduism is more a way of life than a method of worship.

Dharmo Rakshati Rakshithaha

If you protect Dharma, Dharma will in turn protect you.

Hindus, If people slap you once, slap them twice!

*** Grim reminder in Jaipur The Jaipur bomb blasts ***

That have taken at least sixty lives and

have left more than twice that number of innocent people

wounded is a dastardly and cowardly act of terrorism

that deserves universal condemnation.

Indeed,

the condemnations have begun pouring in from all quarters.

Yet, it has become obvious over the past few years,

mere condemnation has not deterred terrorists.

Over the past few years,

it is depressingly apparent that terrorists have

taken to bombing innocent civilians in crowded places

simply because it is easier to do so.

Jaipur

only reconfirms that there are sleeper cells

all over the country and they can be activated at will,

often for no clear reason.

Earlier,

when terrorism was confined to

Jammu and Kashmir in mid and late nineties,

local groups used to take the smaller actions

leaving the special groups from across the border

to plan the special terrorist actions.

These used to be invariably planned and

executed by infiltrators.

Once the job was done,

they would return to home base.

The throwing of sundry grenades

at Srinagar's Lal Chowk

would be sub-contracted to the locals,

lower down the pecking order.

That pattern has changed.

The Mumbai blasts,

the Bangalore and Hyderabad

outrages as well as the blasts in other parts

of the country have been professionally planned and executed,

and the suspicion is, with a fair bit of local help

in many instances, pointers that sleepers

are now spread far and wide.

In the thirteen major blasts

since August 2003 about 560 people

have perished and more than thrice that number have been wounded,

a testimony that terrorism is touching more

and more ordinary lives as never before,

and leaving an indelible mark in the process.

There is no doubt that the terrorists have

enough trained manpower and are present in

sufficient numbers across the length and breadth

of the country and they have the skills and knowledge

to carry out their nefarious and deplorable activities.

The point is no amount of political statements

expressing condemnations,

which we are now used to hearing,

although important,

are going to resolve the problem.

We have said this before and we say it again:

one way to neutralize these sleeper modules

is to give spine and teeth to local level intelligence

activities in the various states.

There is no substitute for this.

There is only a limit as to

what central intelligence can do or has done,

especially these past few years.

**-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-

aaj khud se hi baat karke bada acha laga

kisi ko apna majak banate hue dekhkar bada acha laga

kisi ki yaadon ko seene se lagakar rakhna bada aasan hai

kisi ke dukh main aansu bahana bhi bada aasan hai

**-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-

par jab unhone hmare dukh main muskraya to bada acha laga

aaj khud se hi baat karke bada acha laga

**-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-

kisi ka haath pakadkar saath rah par to chal sakta hai har koi

kisi ki tanhae ko apna bhi maan sakta hai har koi

**-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-

par jab wo wada karke akela chod gaye to bada acha laga

aaj khud se hi baat karke bada acha laga

**-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-

kisi ko marte dekhkar begane bhi ho jaate hain apne

unko dekar payar aur apnapan dikhate hain sapne

**-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-

par jab wo taufe main de gaye maut to bada acha laga

aaj khud se hi baat karke bada acha laga

**-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-

kisi ki prem kahani ko heer ranja ki mohabbat kehna acha hai

kisi ki dil e mohabbat ko veer zaara ki kahani kehna acha hai

**-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-

par jab hamare payar ko diya bewafae ka naam to bada acha laga

aaj khud se hi baat karke bada acha laga

*** History Mystery ***

Have a history teacher explain this----- if they can.

Abraham Lincoln was elected to Congress in 1846.

John F. Kennedy was elected to Congress in 1946.

Abraham Lincoln was elected President in 1860.

John F. Kennedy was elected President in 1960.

Both were particularly concerned with civil rights.

Both wives lost their children while living in the White House.

Both Presidents were shot on a Friday.

Both Presidents were shot in the head

Now it gets really weird.

Lincoln’s secretary was named Kennedy.

Kennedy's Secretary was named Lincoln.

Both were assassinated by Southerners.

Both were succeeded by Southerners named Johnson.

Andrew Johnson, who succeeded Lincoln, was born in 1808.

Lyndon Johnson, who succeeded Kennedy, was born in 1908.

John Wilkes Booth, who assassinated Lincoln, was born in 1839.

Lee Harvey Oswald, who assassinated Kennedy, was born in 1939.

Both assassins were known by their three names.

Both names are composed of fifteen letters.

Now hang on to your seat.

**Lincoln** was shot at the theater named 'Ford.'

Kennedy was shot in a car called ' Lincoln ' made by 'Ford.'

Lincoln was shot in a theater and his assassin ran and hid in a warehouse.

Kennedy was shot from a warehouse and his assassin ran and hid in a theater.

Booth and Oswald were assassinated before their trials.

And here's the kicker...

A week before Lincoln was shot; he was in Monroe, Maryland

A week before Kennedy was shot, he was with Marilyn Monroe. **
